Nope - I looked it up and the word "neger" means exactly what you think it means. I was kind of hoping to see a Swedish snus video that would be enlightening and entertaining. Instead, what we got was a bunch of children using tobacco and racist pictures. I wouldn't worry about this video going viral though.
