    The tale of 2 lobsters.......

    good title huh?!?

It was our 30th wedding anniversary yesterday. So I went to the seafood place that we frequent and I bought 2 of the biggest lobster tails they had and brought them home. They ended up being 1 1/3 lb each. Mind you, thats just the tail, no claws and such. They were so freakin huge I found it quite difficult to finish mine. It was great to actually stuff my face with as much lobster as I could possibly consume. My lil wife didn't have a problem eating all of hers either. I can't believe how much food this little woman can ingest. Just thought I'd share this wee bit of life in the deep freeze they call Illinois.

still can't believe the wife ate the whole thing......we were so full we declined to "celebrate" in the "traditional" fashion........maybe she will "get lucky" tonight.

15 hours later and I'm still full. lol. gluttony rules!!!

on another note..........yesterday my doc calls and tells me that I have to stick to a strict diet or by this time next year I will be on meds for diabetes. Whats next?? I'm already taking a ton of meds for other health problems. Its hell gettin old I tell ya. I guess I partied too much as a youngun.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

30 years??? Wow, congradulations. You deserve to stuff your face with whatever you want. I think you may be one of the only couples i've ever heard of staying strong for that long. Seriouse congrats.

As for the wife... my wife is barely 5'3 and she can out eat me any day, and she is skinny as a stick. I don't know what my life has come to when I can lose an eating contest to a short, skinny, philipino girl... Oh well, now I just want a lobster.

Thanks to all of you peeps. We appreciate it.

My wife was 84 lbs when we got married and now she 98 lbs and she eats like a paper shreader.

The day we got married there were several ppl taking bets as to how long we would stay married. Anywhere from 2 days on up. No one ever thought I would stay married very long. However, I've found that when you keep your spouse in the freezer they can last forever. Bodies don't keep very well in those big plastic barrels.

......and yes I will be stuffing my wifes mouth alittle later tonight.
oh my, did I say that??

                    B) Not kidding your kid looks exactly like my daughter. I just showed my wife and she thought I photoshopped a picture of our daughter on it lol.

Yah after posting that I thought to myself, "Wait, in his picture he looks a little old to be having an infant child", but by your not so vague sexual references it seems like the baby making action is still going on at your age so it seemed plausible. 8)
