Posting Pictures

How in tarnation do I post a picture on this message board? I get the preview all set up nice and then it asks for a URL. Do I have to have the picture at a hosted website? Do I have to resurrect my old photo bucket account?

is it cause I’m always here on my phone?

You can copy and paste as well as pull it from your computer.

Monkey It's a bit of a convoluted process but I've made some screenshots which hopefully will help.


(1) Press on the camera button. This should bring up your phone/tablet's file browser. Press on the file you would like to upload.


(2) Press on Upload Attachments and when the upload is completed press on how big you want your image to be.


(3) Your image should now appear in your post. If you press Enter a couple of times you should then be able to add your text and then if you finally click the Post button that should add your post to the thread.

After I uploaded the initial picture it was opening a second upload box. I closed the second upload box and easy peasy feet smell cheesey…I am now lactose intolerant tho so hold the cheese. And the feet…so easy peas for me.

gee, I've been doing it all wrong. I click on the 3rd to the last icon right above where I post, the little photo icon and download from my computer then post. Or if I can, just copy and paste. Thats been working for me for years......so far.

For videos I select the second to the last movie icon and then proceed.

I’ve been trying to get it done on mobile because I really don’t do a lot of stuff on the computer. The ancient desktop is mostly for work and school, (it’s really a fancy word processor for me) I think my phone has more memory and power than my computer does lol. Plus if I can post directly from the device I take my pictures on then I don’t have to worry about emailing them to myself and stuff.

It also lets me post here from the toilet… as I am right now. I also have the benefit of talk to text on the phone so I don’t even have to type most of my posts. It does get weird when I’m talking to my phone in public restrooms though…as I am right now.

I am going to have to try posting a video, not sure of what yet but just for posterity I guess. there’s a lot of buttons up there at the top to format stuff in the text box and I haven’t really played with them much.
