Show Your Favorite Mugs!

I love mugs almost as much as I love warm beverages in them, but I’m a reformed collector due to downsizing for my last move (after the divorce) into a place with a lot less room for storage and clutter.

Here is my favorite mug, handmade, thick, comfortable, orange, and it has my favorite memento mori image on it. Keeps me motivated to not procrastinate.



I have other mugs, but this is my only ceramic one I use when I get to be home for my morning coffee. I’ll post other mugs I use as I get pictures them.

Monkey that’s really cool. I love mugs too but mine are mainly ones from supermarkets lol. Just brewing a green tea in a borosilicate glass mug I got from an online tea vendor.

I had so many mugs and have trouble going into thrift shops because I want to buy the mugs that I have absolutely no reason to have.

I have a glass mug, and a mug my parents gave me that is more of a display and never gets used, and one with pictures of my kids when they were little that is now a pen holder on my desk, I’ll post them up as well, plus some metal ones…eventually.

I still reme….no….am haunted by the first time I saw the duct tape picture. It lives rent free in my head.

I got it when I graduated culinary school, it’s huge and super thin walled and hot beverages cool super fast in it, but it has an awesome restaurant/chef themed drawing that goes all around. It is more of a display piece now but I did use it a bit in the past.

At my parents I have an India themed mug and a couple of stoneware mugs with geometric patterns on.

my parents have a whole cabinet dedicated to mugs, that’s where I keep my mug from the Lizzie Borden house…thirty whacks with a wet noodle, Bart! (Can’t think about Lizzie Borden without remembering that Simpsons scene.)
