Ok fan boys....light 'em up. Ps3 vs Xbox360

    Alright guys, here's the spill.

I'm going to buy one. I don't know which.

I've been looking at differences, and even in graphics in the comparison pics and videos I've seen - sometimes the 360 looks better, sometimes the PS3 looks better.

So overall - what is the better buy? Because as of right now 360 has an edge. But PS3 is tempting me with it's Blu Ray.

    Let me know!

XBOX360 all the way. I'm not bias in any way. I own all three systems, and all three have pros and cons. The Xbox has more games and a better online service. The PS3 has like 5 good games you can't play on the other systems. The ones you can you will find more friends and players on the Xbox servers. I think out of all three, the Xbox has a better controller.

The blue ray player is nice, but you can buy blue rays cheaper than a PS3 now anyway.

I've owned both. They both got stolen, then I bought another xbox 360. The reason was because 360 is just better.

#1, It has more games. It has been out longer and therefore has more games.

#2 The graphics are roughly the same, with Ps3 having a slightly higher potential for better graphics in the future

#3 The controllers on xbox 360 work better for me

#4 Blue ray discs are too expensive anyways, Xbox360 plays HD DVD's which are also very high def.

#5 You should get an xbox 360 so I can own you on x box live.

Also I think XBox live's interface is better. You can do everything with it, and their online multiplayer rocks.

If you have Netflix you can stream all of those Lost episodes you need to watch on the 360 as well.

Wii has some kick a#% games. Super Smash Bros Brawl, Super Mario Galaxy, New Super Mario Bros, The Legend Of Zelda, but I still gotta go with Xbox. Once again the only good Nintendo games are first party.

Man the Wii is for little kids. It's gotten so popular but I don't get it. I mean it's fun in a trivial way but not something I can spend an entire weekend not showering on like Xbox.

PC really is the best gaming platform. Problem is keeping it up to date with hardware that can run the cool games. Gets too expensive.

But with PC you can mod games, use the keyboard and mouse etc.

First person shooters were really made to be used with a mouse and AWSD

Wii is for little kids and people who grew up playing Nintendo. You say little kids, but I bet the New Super Mario game would kick your a#%!

PS 3, For me it´s a easy choice, but it´s depends on the ("as one is used to doing") PS 1 PS 2 and now PS 3, I´m not comfortable with xbox gamepad....I´ll think PS 3 is an ultimate machine, blueray, music video streaming....and so on.....

I havn't played the new mario. I grew up with Nintendo so I can see the nostalgic point of view, but if I bought it it would only be for the mario/mariokart/mario party type games. All this Wii fitness shit and bowling. It just doens't do it for me.

But, it is more fun to play when your drunk.

You wanna talk nintendo? I'm in the process of downloading every nintendo rom on the interwebs!
