if it makes you feel any better, Bouchées are basically hot pockets..

handmade puff pastry stuffed with risotto, mushrooms and shrimp with a nice bechamel but the same genre nonetheless

I like to cook. My favorite thing is to buy whatever meat is on sale and find a nice recipe online to try something new. Home made pulled pork was a nice one and Texas style ribs are good. An easy one everyone should try is fennel soup. Just chop and saute a bulb in a stick of butter. Add A large container of chicken broth and boil for 20 minutes. I like it a lot. My wife is half Mexican so we do chicken or steak fajitas fairly often and at least once a week we do authentic tacos. I've got my own chili that is pretty popular. Beer can chicken, fish n'chips, steaks when filets go on sale. Staufers Lasagna, Frozen Crab legs are cheaper then Red Lobster...

                    I don't know what to make tonight. :?: :?:

i am hurtin' so bad right now, typing with one hand. i was cooking these frozeb country fried steaks in a skillet, but in the oven, the whole skillet, metal, and i was putting food on my plate, and just out of habit, i grabbed the handle of the metal skillet, well, it only touched my thumb pad and pointer finger, but damn, i jerked my hand real quick and put it under the cold water, then put some neosporin on it, but it's hurtin' bad, and i would not be suprised if it blisters.

running a competition BBQ team and doing most of the cooking (along with baking all of the bread for the household), i burn myself constantly.

we used to keep an aloe plant around, but it died, probably due to having no whole leaves left.
