Personally I prefer veggies to pizza, but when you have a pizza thrown in your face it is hard not to eat it.
Growing up my mother cooked low-cal, low-fat and I was thin. It is much easier when the people you live with can eat healthy. Once you go into a world where everyone around you is eating crap, it becomes a challenge. This is my issue. Every other time I have tried to tackle this I end up reverting back because no one around me has changed their eating habits, and I am weak...goes back to my prior statement, I have to make up my mind that what is being eaten around me has no hold on what I eat. It is hard.
So, really, until you walk a mile, or eat, in my shoes, you personally don't know what will work or not work for me. I appreciate all the comments and suggestions. Good or bad. I am working very hard at this and they are keeping me focused. Thank you.
