I received "Feast 2 Sloppy Seconds" to day in the mail. I enjoyed the first one and look forward to this.

I picked up this odd DVD called "Isle of the Damned". I thought it was an old Italian cannibal flick, but it turns out to be an 2008 American made parody of one. But it's not too bad. Has the fake names, and bad dubbing, good gore, but really, it's a bit corny, but I think it would have been better if it had been played out straight. Even has the grainy/battered film effect. Good effort, and seems to have been made by fans of the genre who actually was aware of the films.

I effin love this show. Don Draper is my Idol. Too bad you can't be so good nowadays that you can be so bad......

Catching up on Season 4 of Dexter. We just got Showtime, so I watch all of season 4 on demand.

Yeah I like Mad Men. I also geeked out super hard on the Top Chef marathon last Sunday. I hadn't seen any of this season and I was feeling awfully lazy, so I watched about 5 hours straight of that shit, making curry chicken salad in 5 minute spurts during the commercials. Lol it took me over 2 hours to make dinner that way.

Lately, i have been keeping up with Lie To Me, Rubicon, and Rescue Me.

I was surprised how much i enjoy Lie To Me; generally i don't like/watch much fox, but Tim Roth is great in it. Rubicon is right up my alley with the conspiracies and such, amazing show IMO. I do enjoy Mad Men, but missed season three and don't want to watch four until i catch up on it.

My current guilty pleasure would be Whale Wars. Not sure what it is that i like about the show; maybe just that most of it is shot out on the ocean, i've always been interested in the oceans and ships sailing around the world. Don't know if that's really it since i can't stand Deadliest Catch. All i know, is i enjoy it lol.

Maybe it's seeing violence; seeing a whale get harpooned and dragged onto a ship? To be honest, i have no idea lol. I watched Deadliest Catch when it first started and did enjoy the few episodes i saw. I just try and stay away from overly hyped trends; hence why Whales Wars is a guilty pleasure (and one of [kitchen nightmares uk is the only other one] the only 'reality' shows i will watch) lol.

Whale Wars is the shit. The Sea Shepherd organization is based in my neck of the woods, as are a bunch of the Deadliest Catch boys. I like 'em both.

Yeah I saw it a couple weeks ago...it was interesting. I'm sure that shit happens all the time too, meaning the inter-agency/government pissing contests that cost us human lives.

In Bruges is an excellent film. I generally don't like Colin Farrell, but I was very impressed with his acting. The plot is fairly simplistic but it's not a typical action movie. In matter of fact, I would define the film as a drama.
