I read a follow up to this last night and they said that the white guy got arrested for a hate crime for something.

I read a follow up to this last night and they said that the white guy got arrested for a hate crime for something.

Do you have a link for that? I read all the way through the linked page I posted and I don't think that is true. He got in some trouble at an A's game but they hadn't uncovered anything related to a hate crime that I can remember. In fact in the comments they point out that the guy that got beat down was possibly carrying a shoe shine kit and was probably offering shoe shines on the bus but got offended when the beard man referred to it as a spit shine. The only calls for racism on the bearded guys part come from his use of the word Chinamen. They pretty much agree that something was said relating to shoe shines as the other dude entered the bus passing the bearded man at the front of the bus. The bearded man moved to the back of the bus interested in the shoe shine because he was going to a funeral later in the week. Something he said made the shoe shiner think that he wanted a shine only from a black person. The bearded guy says back to business but they start arguing about who could kick the others ass so the bearded guy moved back to the front. The other dude followed him up there and tried to attack him because the bearded guy said he could slap the s*** out of him.

The bearded dude is probably a bit of a whacked out Vietnam vet type and is known to get overly drunk but I think he actually had pretty decent intentions in this situation.

Correction to my statement. He was arrested ina previousely non-related but equally awesome incident

At an Aug. 3, 2009 A's ballgame, Oakland Police officers used a stun gun on Bruso because he refused repeated requests to leave the ballpark. He was not drinking but had brought alcohol into the stadium, said spokesman Jeff Thomason in August. When Bruso refused to leave, Coliseum security asked Oakland police officers working the game to eject him. Three officers verbally tried several times to get Bruso to leave, but he refused.

The situation quickly escalated after Bruso thumbed his fingers at one of the two officers. They then placed a handcuff on Bruso's left wrist. A third officer arrived with a Taser, stunning the man in the left shoulder blade while another officer was placing the other cuff on Bruso's right wrist. The third officer applied the Taser on Bruso again, this time near the middle of his back, which caused Bruso to fall forward into an aisle. He was charged with resisting arrest and taken to a hospital for a psychiatric evaluation.

Also, the black girl videotaping the event was yelling "beat his white ass, beat his white ass" which if a white person was saying about a black guy getting beat up would probbaly be called racist. But we don't need to breach the race topic again, as we know that racism only exists in white people, and hate crime laws do not apply to minorities except in a very few cases.

That being said, regardless of race, this video was awesome lol. On youtube there is a longer version of the mortal combat thing that is even more funny, you should check it out.
