What the hell happened to my joke!!!!

I go away for just a few short hours and the credit gets ripped and then the whole damn thing gets fluffy until now it’s a legitimate and wholesome family activity!!!

Where’s the agony!? Who comes out looking stupid!? Who’s going to sulk and not speak to anyone the rest of the trip?

and you call this a family vacation? Shame

LOL, well I get up in the morning barely awake and read these threads. Sometimes, esp w/o coffee, each post runs together. That is how I got them mixed up.

I appreciate the idea so much. I emailed my sister in law with the idea and she is going to set the whole thing up for me!

Trip went great. All three girls want to camp again asap. We got a huge tent and plan on going again in May.

It was a little chilly, but we lived.

I even had fun getting drunk and watching my kids dance around and get dirty.

Are you using one of those huge cabin tents? They suck to carry, but it's pretty nifty having a big portable house like them.

That is exactly what it is. A friend of ours had one he wasn't using and he sold it to us for $20--a steal if you ask me. It has a little hole I need to patch up, but other than that it is in perfect condition. Lots of room for a family of 5.
