I feel that any questionable content should be in the People and the World around us forum. And no where else. For the sake of the visitors.

I agree... keep the snus areas free of questionable content... which should include personal attacks... keep the arguments in the People and the World area.

Looks guys, it's simple. I have instituted a vote on the subject matter and the final vote will reflect the will of the forum members.

NSFW content rocks, but should be labeled, or if possible at least a reasonable attempt should be made to label it so as to respect those who do not wish to view it for whatever reason. We can't even curse here and to allow porn is in fact a double standard. This forum has always had a certain elegancy (rofl) to it and to have nonstop posting of porn spam on threads degrades this place to the level of every other stupid forum on the net.

Either way, like a democracy, let's let the people speak for themselves and have a vote.


No one is saying censor or forbid or anything along those lines. Just a label if possible, obviously sometimes it just gets posted and there's no way to stop that.

Have you not learned anything from the last week? It is predominantly the will of the owner that matters. And it seems he has labeled the "People & World Around Us" subforum as safe for "NSFW" content. There has been no law laid down yet as to whether or not each post needs to be labeled as such, or if the whole subforum is fair game. I hope it's the latter, but that will suck for you, since you spend 99% of your time in this subforum.

Hey why not add a NSFW emoticon in the little smiley face box (it could actually say NSFW or be a caution sign, etc…). That way, before you post a pic of my girl friend (err bouncing boobs chick), elmo, or Mr Bean (holy crap how funny was that) you could just preference it with the tag and then space down.
