I HATE ICELAND!

From what I keep hearing this could go on for quite a while although on an encouraging note another forum member reported receiving a snus shipment from Sweden via Fedex in three working days and I received an Airmail packet from Germany in two working days the other day and so it sounds like the mail is still moving maybe by road, train, sea and tunnel. Waiting to see what will happen to my snus shipment from Sweden this week.

Last summer was great! It hardly went higher then 80 degrees and there was very little humidity. July usually gets into the mid 90's and the humidity is so bad you can cut it with a knife.

Wtf people? Who doens't like summer? It's always all cold down here! I live on the beach so bring that sunshine through baby!
I have been reading up on iceland and it looks like it would be one of the coolest countries to live in. Their government seems to run pretty well, and the place is beautiful. Lets have a snuson field trip to go see the volcano! Who's paying?

I bet you have never heard of a dehumidifer before.

After living in North Carolina, Oklahoma, Georgia, and some brief stays in places like Louisianna, I have had my share of humidity. There is nothing I hate more than humid summers or humidity in general. Cali has the best weather, probably on the planet. We have microclimates here, it's different all over, that's part of why it's so expensive. I would never want to live in a high humidity state again. Anyone here from Florida? Florida is one of the WORST out of all of em.

This volcano has made the last week at work a barking madhouse. I have been scrambling to get people out of Iran and Turkmenistan because flights were canceled through Europe and their visas were running out. The Iranians were cool and they let people extend their visas no problem, but the Turkmens said we don't care where they go, get these people the f*k out of here or we charge them $5,000 per day as well as charge us (the tour operator) $5,000 per day. We got 'em out at the last minute. If this volcano blows again this weekend I'm going to cry at first, then laugh because the Earth just doesn't give a shit about our "plans" lol

Yah I hear it may take them weaks to get people back from their travel destinations as over 100,000 flights were canceled and people are stranded all over the globe lol. The airlines have already lost nearly 2 billion in sales so now they are all blaming each other for why they have to stay grounded.
And lol, imagine that, there is global warming, and then a large volcano comes and spreads particulate matter into the atmosphere which has a cooling affect. It's almost as if, by some strike of luck, earth is a self regulating closed system which is probably why it has sustained life for the past several hundred million years. Unposible! I am sure congress is already scrambling to figure out how to promote a volcano tax and link volcanic activity to wall street and large corporations. I'm sure they already have a list of volcanologists lining up for the grant money.
