    OBAMA
Obama Sends in the Clowns - "progressive" Movement Imploding? - Matt Barber
With a potential political bloodbath looming in November, liberals are understandably desperate. They see it all slipping away -- and it shows. The grassroots groundswell of opposition to Barack Obama's neo-Marxist, secular-humanist agenda intensifies daily despite the left's best efforts to silence dissent.
Commensurate with plummeting poll numbers and evaporating public trust, Democrats, media elites, and the usual gaggle of left-wing pressure groups have ramped-up the unhinged "right-wing-extremist" twaddle to historically hysterical levels. For those who delight in watching the self-styled "progressive" movement implode, it's priceless.
Oops...something happened on the way to the Communism. Middle America, channeling Dana Carvey's Bush-one, said: "Nope, not gonna' do it...wouldn't be prudent." According to the latest Pew poll, America's trust in today's godless Obama-Pelosi-Reid federal government is at an all time low of 22 percent, little more than a year after Obama took office. The more the left attempts to marginalize our nation's center-right mainstream with disingenuous charges of "racism," "homophobia" and "potential violence" -- the more it marginalizes itself.

DC Knows that Obama is Ineligible for Office - Canada Free Press
Members from all three branches of the Federal government already know that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the office of President. National leaders, to include members of the US Supreme Court, already know that Barack Hussein Obama is not a “natural born citizen” of the United States of America, and therefore, is ineligible for the office he currently holds.
What they don’t know is how long it will take for most Americans to figure it out, or what to do about it. The diversionary search for an authentic birth certificate is ongoing and Obama has now spent in excess of $2 million in legal fees to keep that search alive.
Eric Holder’s Department of Justice continues to deploy taxpayer funded attorneys around the country to file dismissals on behalf of Obama, denying all American citizens access to the courts as a peaceful remedy, which only fuels the fire of discontent and the questions about Obama persist.
Michelle Obama states that Kenya is Barack’s “home country.” She knows, after twenty years with Barack. The Ambassador or Kenya has confirmed the same His family friends all know it, and are in fact quite proud of the fact that Americans had no hesitation in electing a “black man from Kenya” as President of the United States.
But sooner or later, one way or another, Obama will have to answer those questions. One day, the world will know who and what this man is and there will be a day of reckoning like no other in American history.
The longer it takes for that day to arrive, the more dangerous the situation will become. A man not even qualified to hold the office is using that office to destroy the greatest nation on earth. How much patience can the people be expected to display?

Obamacare: Surprise! (Not!) - More Expensive Than Advertised - Wesley J. Smith
Whether one was for or against Obamacare, we all knew it would be more expensive than the Administration or its supporters in Congress pretended. And now, a new U.S. Government study illustrates the depth of dishonesty and the blatant false advertising by politicians who claimed it would save money–their excuse for jamming this mess down our unwilling throats.

Is U.S. Military Cowering Before Muslims?
The nation's largest public policy women's organization is appalled at the way the Pentagon appears more committed to appeasing Muslims, than allowing a high-profile Christian leader to share the gospel of Jesus Christ to members of the military.
"The military would disinvite him apparently because they're afraid of offending violent Muslims," she observes. "This is just a Muslim belief that non-Muslims must show subservience of Muslims.

"And to think that the military -- which is in midst of a war against radical Islam -- is actually kowtowing to some of the most violent elements of that religion makes me fearful for our country."

Law School Policy Labeled 'crazy' - One News Now
Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was reported as saying: "To require the Christian Society to allow atheists not just to join, but to conduct Bible classes -- that's crazy." Kim Colby, senior counsel with the CLS, said last week that several of the justices "were having a great deal of difficulty" believing that the school's policy could possibly mean what it states. The Supreme Court is expected to render its decision on the case by the end of June.

Was the Polish President killed over landmark gas deal? By Jane Burgermeister
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk is set to seal a key gas deal with Russia’s Gazprom days after the death of opponents to the contract — including Polish President Lech Kaczynski — in a mysterious plane crash in Smolensk, Russia, reports Polskaweb. Under the contract worth an estimated 100 billion dollars – the biggest business deal in the history of Poland – Poland is to increase its imports of Russian gas.
The contract to buy gas from Gazprom until 2037 will make Poland 100% dependent on Russian gas for the next 28 years in spite of the announcement of the discovery of huge gas reserves in Poland in April just before the memorial service in Katyn, Smolensk. Poland could have 3 trillion cubic metres of reserves of shale gas, enough to satisfy domestic demand for more than 200 years.

    Depressed? You Must Like Chocolate
People who are depressed eat more chocolate than people who are not, U.S. researchers said on Monday, in a study that puts numbers behind the link between mood and chocolate. They said future studies will be needed to determine whether chocolate is a cause of depression, or a temporary salve.

Despite being the son of two born-and-raised Americans, and obviously being an American myself, I couldn't run for office even if I had all the credentials. I was born in Seoul. It's a silly law to begin with, and I am proof of that. I'd make a damn fine President.

Are right wingers stupid, or just liars? :^S

Currently, Title 8 of the U.S. Code fills in the gaps left by the Constitution. Section 1401 defines the following as people who are "citizens of the United States at birth:"
      • Anyone born inside the United States *
      • Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person's status as a citizen of the tribe
      • Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.
      • Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national
      • Any one born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year
      • Any one found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21
      • Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time)
      • A final, historical condition: a person born before 5/24/1934 of an alien father and a U.S. citizen mother who has lived in the U.S.
