My day was alright. I didn't do a thing that I had planned, but so far no one's ended up dead, so I guess it was a pretty good day :^D

Congratulations on the puppy. Dogs are a necessity to any good day. I can have a catastrophically bad day, but then when I get home I just ring the door bell (this is the only way to get my dogs attention when you get home, he i the worst guard dog ever) and he comes barreling down the stairs.

There is no way to be upset after watching a 110 pound rottweiler-mix fall down a flight of stairs.

Agreed! I have two border collie puppies (both almost 1 yr now) and they keep me going non-stop with fetch, frisbee, trips to the dog park, etc, but I wouldn't have it any other way. It's hard to be in a bad mood when you have a puppy or two to keep you busy.

he he he i would love to se that, my old dog would be beside himself, if i dident sit down on the stairs, so he could put his paws on my shoulders and bow his head against mine and then make a mmmm sound for a min or so!

i cant wait to saterday!!! im almost beside my self!

When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

Work wasn't all that great, but the weather is beautiful, I'm well-fed, well-beveraged, and well-snused, so I've got no complaints.

Springer Spaniel -- nice choice of breed. Very beautiful, intelligent and affectionate dogs. But I hope you have lots of space for your new puppy to run around in, or at least a nearby park. Springers are very active and need lots of exercise.

^I thought about naming my dog Willy McDrinky-pants after Faulkner, but I went with Samson instead. It's a reference to the bible, so I guess it's literary (just kidding).

Looking back on it, I should have named him Benji. Fits better (that's a super-dork reference to The Sound and the Fury, to anyone confused).

yeah those Springers do need alot of play time! but thats allright with me, i love walking in the fields, so no problem there!

if it is a boy, he will be named Charlie, if it is going to be a bitch, il name her Molly.
