I wouldn't let my daughter do it, that's for sure.

My daughter dances, but not modern dance. She does ballet and jazz. If she were in modern dance, I wouldn't have a problem with that.

I will probably TRY to put mine in ballet.

But she's a tomboy, I figure she'll end up in sports.

Wow! Those girls were really good! No I don't think it was inappropriate. It's just dancing.

I think people are over reacting and reading into it something that isn't there.

Even this 13 month old Cory agrees.

Sooner's better than later. My daughter's been dancing since she was 3. She's 12 now. Your girl will either dig it, or not. The only way to tell is to give it a try :^)

Awesome video Justin. Cute kid :^D

Honestly, I've been trying to figure out where strippers come from for a long time. I finally have my answer.

Push forward slutty dance competition parents! You are doing our country a great service!

You guys see nothing wrong with this? What is wrong with you? I hope you do not have kids. "Gee wiz. I have no idea why my daughter has no respect for herself and thinks all she has to offer the world is her body." If you think this stuff is OK, talk to your kid about birth control early. She will give it up to get approval and attention.

I don't think it's age appropriate. Making sexually suggestive dance moves at that age, and it all being "ok" will/can have an effect on kids thinking and growing, but just look at our modern "culture" it's all about sexually suggestiveness, even the Disney and Nick shows, not to mention MTV and BET. While it's not the worst thing I have seen, and I realize it's modern "urban" dance, and they seem to do it well, I think the simpler times of days past were better, and produced better adults. These kids are gonna have a different future than we did. But, it's the way of the world, we don't live in DPRK.
