    It just barely does but you can be sure they had the weight and subsequent in-water position figure to the eight of an inch. As far back as WWI and even up to WWII they actually built a number ships out of concrete because of materials scarcity. They worked but were not a big success.

            It's pretty simple. Just let all the air out of the ballast tanks on one end, that part sinks, then the other side floats because there is air in those tanks. I am curious how it stays stable in 30 foot waves like it claims though, doesn't look too stable.
