History has tried hard to teach us that we can't have good government under politicians. Now, to go and stick one at the very head of the government couldn't be wise.~ Mark Twain

The thing that I detest about political debates is that people cannot remain emotionally disconnected, which I understand, because I am a people, lol. I have a core set of beliefs that won't ever change, no matter what other's say. I know that some of you have a core set of values/beliefs that won't ever change...I accept that. All I can ever do is hope to "see things" from your perspective, and that's all I can ever expect from someone when engaged in a political debate/dialogue.
Now...PALIN FOR PRESIDENT!!! j/k, lol

I think I was one of the first ones to bring politics to snuson, but even I feel there is way too many random news threads being posted here lately. If theres some big story I can see posting it, but it seems like every little thing gets posted now. It's like the entire 1st page of People and The World Around Us is all politics discussions lol.

Again the only morons reporting this are Fix News.
They looked ridiculous last night with their special on this.
Other than them no one gives a rats ass.
It only make the Repubs look more stupid.
They have lost the Hispanic and gay vote.
In the long run they are washed up.
There are more important issues such as
an Oil leak.

I'm no political strategist, but I'd think the Republicans would find success in offering limited government, lower taxes and a strong national defense. I'm not certain all Mexicans, who like to take it in the ass, favor wealth redistribution and increasing the size and scope of government, but those who do will obviously vote Socialist. So be it.

Keith Olbermann? and you criticize Fox news for being biased? MSNBC is so diverse http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hMdPT...layer_embedded
I'm only angry when I hear Olbermann, Pelosi, Boxer, Reid, Jeremiah Wright, Chairman Obama, Farrakhan, Shummer and most people from San Fransisco speak. Otherwise I'm a fairly happy American.

Excuse me but why the need to single people out based on race? How would you feel if I said "There sure are a lot of angry black snusers on this forum, any white people here?"

Dude, your avatar is political and highly offensive to many. I'd like to invite you to wear it on a shirt and come down here to Florida. You'll have a time, I promise.
