he was just upset because he has no idea what the Obama agenda is. I get pissed and assault people whenever they ask me that too.

After watching the news reports, I'm shocked at two things: 1, why didn't they press charges? That's a bit fishy to me. 2, Of course the media is going to make every excuse possible for this guy and demonize the person assaulted. I'm sorry, but I could say far worse things to the man than what they did, and he wouldn't have the right to grab me like that. Kid should have kneed him in the junk and cried rape.

It's battery. Assault is a threat. Battery is actual physical contact.

It's semantics i guess, but sometimes I find it bothersome when words are incorrectly used, especially when the press does it. They should know better.

As for your point, I'd disagree. I don't see anything desperate about asking a question. You could say, as the politicians get more desperate, you'll see more stuff like this. When the people get desperate, they'll stop asking questions and start giving Hatian necklaces.
