I would never be for a program like this or that shit they (people in general, relax) pulled after Katrina buying flat screen tvs instead of places to live. Yah I find this intiresting, if you give 10 grand to the average family in the ghetto, in a few months they will have a huge plasma and some other luxuries but still be living in the ghetto and starving. Look at indian reservations, they cut them a check and the kids go buy a new car with it. Like you said, katrina, wtf was that? lol.


This is why just handing out money for free is a bad idea in general, as it is inefective. We need to have a safety net for people who fall on hard times, but that safety net has turned into a lifestyle choice and a way of life for some people who just live off welfare.
