Make sure that Fiance' doesn't become a wife. Occasionally playing the skin flute, becomes seldom plays, becomes on your birthday plays, till eventually you're looking at the vacuum cleaner attachments and devising a plan!

            Hi
I used to play guitar, but for the last year I've been a discjockey at home. It's very funny to beatmatch and do harmonix mixing.

I play guitar and write. Been playing for around 10 years. Haven't had a single lesson or class. My stepdad saw me picking on an old classical guitar one day and took the time to teach me the 7 majors and that was it. My current go to is an Epiphone Les Paul Standard Plus Top in wine red and a 90's model Fender Telecaster My amps are a Crate GX212 with built in overdrive and a little 15w Squier Champ. I play alot of different styles, but my natural style is a bluesy-jam sound. At times I love coming up with super heavy evil sounding stuff. I love playing acoustic as well and I'm looking for a new one at the moment. Maybe....an Alvarez? All my music is purely hobby.

I'm gonna do a version of Darkthrone's Transilvanian Hunger, and post it here next weekend.

Sweet! I think my favorite album of theirs is Under A Funeral Moon. I really like that Natassja in Eternal Sleep song. The main riff in Natassja sounds almost identical to the main riff in Gorgoroth's Of Ice and Movement. I'm just not sure who ripped off who. Of course, in Norway all those bands swap bandmates and play together all the time.

After I left the army I taught myself classical guitar to a high level but had to stop when the kids came along. It's the kind of thing you have to practice every day.

Before I joined the army I was a classically trained musician at a conservatoire - I left to join the army before getting my degree.

I play. Guitar, electric bass, and flute I can play with varying degrees of success; with keyboard, violin, and mandolin I dabble. also harmonica and various other noisy things.

Knucklesnus - Those are some damn fine fiddles you got there!

Been playin lead guitar for about 16 years, not currently in a band. Supporting my family takes up most of my life.

Thanks Owns. That's why I gave up electric guitar. Use to play all sorts of good metal. Had all sorts of tunes written. But wife, kids, work. Finding 4 other guys with the vision at my age. Screw it. Blues is somewhat lame but I'm trying to make it as unlame as possible. But the thing is I can do it all myself. Guitar, amp, voice, done. No lugging endless shit either. Hardest part is getting a good solid 2 hours of music to play and being able to play the tunes effortlessly. That's the rough part.
