Here's the reason for my username and me. I was about 70 pounds heavier in this photo than I am now. I need to get a new one but thought it was a pretty good photo of me and the boy.

Nah, just got into the health kick. I weighed around 235 or 240 then. It was a party my family gave to my son before he went to Iraq.

My dad died at 52 of a heart attack back in 1987 and he wasn't overweight. I am only 3 1/2 years away from my 52nd birthday and had to do something. I am in better overall shape than I was at 25. Wasn't that big a dude back then either. I topped at 290 last May. Weigh 161 now.
