you should have more ambition now as a non-smoker ....

Smoking really makes the body weak..... but gaining weight is normal... and you should lose some pounds when the eating habit get back to normal......

I had to have my ID badge remade at work and the guy who took the photo had the last one on file. I changed my eating habits and went on a fitness kick.

I have been at my current weight for almost two years now and can't believe I let myself get in the shape I was in. I am in better shape now than when I was in my 20's before I got fat.

anytime mate. Ain't she great for an old gal. We both had a good laugh when she told me about your "tiny turtle problem". You don't have to be ashamed about it tho. Its all good as long as you had a good time. Luckily the wife rode her bike home so she was able to finish up herself.
