In all honesty though - I gotta hand it to you Proud, that is one hell of a transformation!! As someone who could stand to lose a few pounds - whats you secret? The Jenny-Crank diet?

I was on the Readers Digest diet. Every month they have a new diet in their magazine but in the last paragraph, they always say eat less and exercise more so that is basically what I did. It worked for me. No easy button to buy.

Here is one of me this afternoon at Big Lou's Pizza in San Antonio, TX. A few of us went out and tackled the big 42" beast and a few pitchers of brew.





As a side note... I just got back from a 12-day FTX and finished my last requirement for graduation. I am done with this place on the 18th!

I've been assigned to Ft. Drum, NY, and have heard word that my unit will be deploying less than a month after i get there to Durkadurkistan.
