Then you haven't been watching Fox. Red Eye was still pumping the Black Panther thing tonight.

I can't see the video, but what exactly is the claim here, that republicans like the black panthers or something? Is it refuting that black panthers were intimidating people at voting booths wielding weapons and militia style uniforms?

A pardon is an act that releases a convicted party from punishment. There was no criminal trial...thus no conviction...thus no pardon.

Fox and others have been saying that the Obama administration and AG Holder decided
not to prosecute The New Black Panthers for voter intimidation because they are black.

This video claims it was the Bush administration who dropped the case.

Obama himself didn't pardon anyone of any crimes. The Department of Justice (which Fox refers to as the Obama Justice Department) dropped all but one of the voter intimidation charges. So not sure what you mean by Bush pardoned them. The DOJ under Bush sought prosecution and then under Obama's admin they decided no to press charges. Ive seen the video and it is visually apparent they were blatantly intimidating voters, but the DOJ seems to have evidence to the contrary so they let them go. However, Obama did not pardon them.

Olberman just aired your post and says you're a liar. NeWz @ 11!

I used the word pardon loosely. I should not have.

According to the video the Bush admin dropped it.

If you're going to put Olbermann's mug in a thread, a warning would be nice. I almost flung my laptop into my TV. I'm definitely not going to watch the vid. I don't know what Fox or Douchemann are saying about the BPP, but I have heard the audio of one of the guys at the polling place saying white babies should be killed. El Douche can have his opinions, but King "White Baby Killer" Shabazz should be condemned by all, including the "we only see the world through dark-colored glasses" NAACP.

Edit: the voice recording wasn't from the polling place, but part of a speech given by this racist thug at an earlier time.

Yea, I saw it on Geraldo along with his interview of Malik Shabazz. You don't know the real story.
