How to watch free or cheap tv?

I refuse to pay for cable. Does anyone know of the good online based tv and movie services?

I have netflix and theyr okay but the selection is too small. Hulu plus still isnt out either but will likely not be better.



Do any of you know of any other ways to watch tv that does not involve me paying comcast? Surely there is something other than netflix.

Have you tried stealing cable from your neighbours? I hear it only involves splicing a few wires...

When I move out on my own again, I'm just planning on having internet. There's hardly anything on TV I want to watch, and if it's really that good, it'll wind up on hulu or a torrent site. The only thing you miss out with by ditching TV in favour of the interwebs is live sports, but you could always just watch that at a buddy's house.

Does one of you thieves live next to me? I just cut my neighbors spliced cable last week. Funny thing is if he had asked I probably would have let him. I only have basic cable because the cable company says I have to have at least that for cable internet. dsl blows, and the cable internet here is pretty fast.

You can download on xbox 360 if you have one of those to get newer movies and some tv shows I believe. Also a lot of blu-ray playes have bd-live built in, but I have no idea what's on there, just some form of streaming content.

I have a great site bookmarked at home (I am at work). Has every TV show you could imagine, and every episode. I have even been downloading all of the old Married With Children seasons. lol. Anyway, all you need is a subscription to one of the big hosting sites that they post on, like megaupload (There are like 3 main sites the people there post to). I love it because I do not want to get showtime, yet I have seen every episode of Weeds and Kalifornication. They are HD quality as well. Anyway, I don't think its the most legal thing in the world. So if its shunned upon here, I will not post the site. But if allowed, I will post the link later.

I pretty sure I know the site you're refering to. I don't download shows per se, but I do get some of my more obscure power metal music along with a few ebook PDF files.

I am hoping hulu plus has a large selection, if it does than im in. I use mainly my ipad so to save on space i prefer streaming content, but netflix has kind of a small tv collection. It would be worth watching the commercials on hulu if they have a good selection.


Also, lol badaxe for thinking we are too good of people to steal shit on the internet. Have you not been reading our hitler threads? Lol
