I think we have been warped in the mind with war. It was all brought on by major lies/false flags and propaganda just like it has always been.
What we should of been doing over the past two decades is more old fashioned capatalistic business with this part of the world. Let McDonalds, Disney and video games win some hearts and minds. It's what we are good at!!

Think about it, even best case scenario, where everything we were told is true, such as:
a)Sadam had WMD program
b) 9-11 was legit and happened how they said it did
It still doesn't change the fact that our strategy was weak and destined for failure. After 9-11 everyone wanted blood. We should have gone over there, bombed the absolute shiat out of them, stolen all of their oil deposits, posted some troops up to guard the oil wells and then sent everyone else home. Could have been done in less than 2 years.
Why is this not what we did? We hsould have said "Oh yah, you wanna play that shit? Okay, all yoru oil are belong to us", and then just killed them all and taken it like a man. Anything less is weakness.Comment

The war drums are banging, sabers are rattling. Pulling troops outa Iraq, so we can send em into Iran. Jesus Christ what is happening in this country, and why do so many seemingly not give a shit. Well I just don't see how we could actually pull off a war with Iran. But I will give you credit in that the mainstream media sources have also been making a lot of mention of it in the last few weeks, making it sound more and more like an attack on iran has gone from "not off the table" to "preparing just incase" and now to "it might happen soon".
The problem with going after iran is that I don't see how we could do it. I mean aside from it financially bludgeoning us even further, a war like that would be a LARGE conflict, not like Iraq where no one goes to back them up. Iran is NOT a third world country and if we start a war, people will start picking sides and a new WWIII could potentially kick off. Iran has a LOT of oil and has business partners, and the whole world is waiting for an oppertunity to displace the US as the major superpower.
I think it's a bad idea. Just because they have a nuclear program is not enough to justify the incredible cost at which this "victory" would come.Comment

Whatever balls the Iranians do or do not have the O-man just doesn't have the cojones to start another war any time soon. His leftist base would have his guts for garters if he did. If the US started a war with Iran, it would be totally stupid. And it would show the US as the agressors, and war mongers. The US forces, along with others can't beat a rag tag group of towel wearing desert dwellers, in what, 10 years now. The US can't even fight the terrorist gangs in the US, nor can they fight the Mexican drug cartels coming across the border. After all these years, we have simply lost in Iraq, and Afganistan. An attack Iran will be a total failure. It's like the powers that be want to destroy the USA, maybe they have a secret agenda. And an attack on Iran would not just be the US vs Iran, it would involve others. I suspect Iran would close the straight of Hormuz(not sure it's called that), and I'd think, they'd throw whatever they they had on Israel, and I think China and Russia might step in to protect their ally, Iran, and their business interests.Comment

Ray Mcgovern has given me the creeps since he turned activist. I have family who were pretty high up in the military and to come out like this on certain topics takes balls.
He is very worried that Israel will be making the first strike on this one in the coming months and is begging Obama to gather his nuts and stick up for the USA to stop this.Comment
