I like them a lot. They're like an east European Pogues. A friend of mine turned me onto them a couple years ago :^)

That's a very good comparison. He was really into the punk scene which also includes the Pogues.
This is a good example how music picks from the past and creates something new. Something that is very lacking in our pop culture.

dude i love gogol bordello. i see them every chance i get. last time they came through i saw them in detroit, and then chicago the next day. i have to say though that i hate it when people refer to a band as he and him. eugene hutz is awesome and the driving force behind the band no doubt, but the whole band is ****ing awesome. its a real circus to watch.

Gogol is rad, and any fan of their music who hasn't seen the movie "Everything is Illuminated" should definitely watch it. Eugene Hutz is so good in it, and he is a very premium dancer. Y'all have seen it, right?

I like their two background dancers. I heard one of them was dating Elijah Wood.

I love this band live. They came a few months back and tickets were literally like $50 more! than last time they were here. The shows sell out quick! The presale here for this one are already gone.

Yeah, they're great in concert. I'm hoping they'll make an appearance at Glastonbury festival this summer.
