    Anger, Frustration, Depression

How do you guys 'control' these feelings?

I'm not really sure what's been going on with me lately; only thing i can see that's been different is giving my hard earned money to companies that screw you more often than usual.

I've been having issues with my phone lately, got it replaced today with an insurance claim and when i got home found out it was defective. When i plug it in it says 'insert battery' there is no meter to see how much charge it has or if it is charging. I found out it's not charging though. So i wasted my money driving to the city to get a 'new' phone, spent a hundred dollars on a worthless piece of crap not to mention the fuel to get there.

I've noticed my anger getting worse everyday lately and i don't know what to do. I will not use pharmaceuticals.

What is sounding appealing is getting off the grid, getting rid of all connections to companies/corporations/government that I'm pouring my money into with nothing positive coming out of it.

    Just had to vent.

I hear you brother. The rat race feels like a gerbil wheel sometimes.

Exercise helps relieve stress. I was skeptical, but a long walk or an intense weight lifting session amounts to a good night's sleep, time away from the media, and some endorphines. It helps a lot, especially if you're a desk jockey.

The other thing that makes me snap out of a rut is LAUGHTER. Go to a comedy club, rent a funny movie, or just f- with the next telemarketer that calls you. It really is good medicine.

The more positive people you can surround yourself with the better. Wean yourself off of toxic relationships as much as possible. Friends, family, co-workers, or any other acquaintances that are draining to be around take a toll on your overall health. Stand up for yourself and get away from codependent, needy, vampires who complain a lot or find fault in everything they encounter.

Live, laugh, love, and try to take pleasure in every little thing you do. Your priorities will realign. It is a topsy turvy world full of greed, consumption, and sorrow. We all ultimately have a choice as to what we focus on.

I'd rather live in a trailer and be happy than work my ass off for a mansion and be miserable. Sometimes we're chasing things we really don't want, need, or require to truly live a full life.

Them Amish might have been on to something...

Holy Crap...............You are definitely not alone!!!!!

here is what is scary..............here is what the American people are not going to take much longer............we are being screwed with NO DUE RECOURSE ............... these companies know that you are (a) not going to wreck your credit for $150 dispute (b) you are not going to hire a lawyer and even if you do they will give him/her so much legal run around that it becomes financially impossible to pursue the matter (c) After 4 billion hours on the phone caught in the dark abyss of the customer service circle where you will tell your story 5000 times to 5000 different sympathetic representatives who inevitably do not have the ability to fix the issue and have no way of contacting the person that does.......they know you will simply go away.

When you back enough people in the corner without the possibility of justice.................they will make their own justice
When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

              what a bunch of whiners.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

Vote for real change is the only way it's going to get any better in the future. Not the typical Rep and Dems either. We need to flush the system of all the garbage that has clogged up the entire country. Anyone have a giant roto rooter so we can clean out the crap in the Washington?

I hear you deadhosky. I find myself being far less tolerant of general stupidity, or even worse a lack of human decency or kindness. Maybe it's that I'm getting more empathetic in my older years, lol...who knows. I just know that whenever some asshole treats me, my family or some other undeserving soul, poorly...I get pissed and want to punch them in the throat. What happened to working for what you get, and paying for what you want. Then when you pay for something and it breaks..the company stands behind it and makes it right. I worry that this country is going to hell in a hand cart. I miss the good old days sometimes.
