Honestly though, you're not alone brother.

And seriously, you're not alone. Avoid the pharma bullshit as much as you can and focus on making some positive change in your life. Drugs have their place, but as permanent mood suppressors? I just can't ever see that being the answer.

I tend to lose control when I get screwed and go for blood.
As fast as the rage comes is about as fast as you should let it go should be the policy.

Right now I am dealing with a 160 dollar missing package of concrete stain and waiting on a call back. The guy said he would fix the problem and call me right back. That was yesterday F#$K FACE!!!!

I hear you and share your rage. Screw drugs, I don't want to dim my rage, although I do love my alcohol and tobacco. Porn is also good. Vent you rage in a positive manner, take up boxing or some other sport where you can legally beat the sh*t out of someone. Hunting is fun too. And trolling people on the internet is great fun, not at good places like snuson, but places where idiots hang out is great for ranting and pissing others off. There is plenty out there to rage about.

I haven't posted in over a month. I probably won't post for another post, but I can tell you what has helped me. I write. I don't do poetry or shit like that, but I write stories, screenplays, or even just ideas and notes for future screenplays.
Now this is probably something that only I do here. I have a friend who is a director. I'm writing things to shoot and shop around to whoever might like to buy. Hearing him getting excited about something I created makes so many petty gripes and problems I have go right away. He thinks I can make money writing. I've lost much of the anger and the bullshit that I had earlier in the year. And even if nothing happens, creating something is amazingly therapeutic for me. Like I said, this is more than likely just for me but it does help. Just try and find something that you love so much, you'll forget about the bullshit you hate.

                      Cheers

Get some guns and ammo, some water jugs, watermelons or whatever, go to a safe empty field and shoot the crap out of it all. Works wonders at relieving stress. Or you could just beat off.

I'm not really sure what's been going on with me lately; only thing i can see that's been different is giving my hard earned money to companies that screw you more often than usual.

I've been having issues with my phone lately, got it replaced today with an insurance claim and when i got home found out it was defective. When i plug it in it says 'insert battery' there is no meter to see how much charge it has or if it is charging. I found out it's not charging though. So i wasted my money driving to the city to get a 'new' phone, spent a hundred dollars on a worthless piece of crap not to mention the fuel to get there.

I've noticed my anger getting worse everyday lately and i don't know what to do. I will not use pharmaceuticals.

What is sounding appealing is getting off the grid, getting rid of all connections to companies/corporations/government that I'm pouring my money into with nothing positive coming out of it.

                            Just had to vent.

I'm right there with you. It's hard. I used to have anger management issues when I was younger and got past it, but it's a constant battle really. I just try to be as aware of my emotions as possible at all times and it makes me feel good now to be in control. But man shit pisses me off all the time. I just try to maintain. It is a battle...

My coping mechanism is to totally ignore anything that would piss me off.
I just switch off whereas before I used to rise to anything in a very big way. For instance, if someone starts road rage on me I just ignore them (until they get out of the car and then I'll run over their f***ng head a few times in my car).

One thing that really grinds my gears are those dumb asses on their cell phones while driving. Either texting, talking, web surfing etc. They don't pay attention and you know what they are doing isn't because of an emergency. Talking about stupid s@&t like what they baught at the store etc. It really pisses me off but I try to ignore it. But when they can't keep in their lane etc, I just want to bash in their windshield with a baseball bat.
