I remind myself that Earth is the Galactic Insane Asylum, and that I'm a ludicrous fool to expect rational behavior from anyone. Works like a charm.

As morbid as it might sound, it is nice to hear every once in a while that you aren't the only one with [anger] issues haha.

I do need to get back into exercising again, i did feel a lot better when i was working out regularly.

Despite how i feel, i know that i'm still young (24). The vast majority of people in my age group that i know are still in high school mode as far as being spoiled by their parents and thinking the world owes them everything and they don't need to work for anything. I do feel beyond my age sometimes, not sure if i matured quicker than most, but oh well. I'm glad i'm not immature.

I'll have to check out that site sometime vegan, always been interested in meditation but have never tried it.

Well, this one hits close to home...

I used a substance for 13 years. It worked like a charm until I got out of control with it. I really don't think it was that bad in the end, but I have a lot of pride so to me it was huge.

Now I'm back to working out like an animal (5 days/week @ about 90 minutes) I've doubled my efforts in this department and I feel like I can actually lift a house now
Playing guitar is good for me but the family dislikes the volume and distortion...Metal...gooood.
I got a massage and plan on doing that every month if I can keep a solid lockdown on the perv switch
I stopped worrying about stuff that I cannot control/influence
A good release GoVegan style works wonders (from his above post)
I set some goals too that I have to research and plan for and this eats up time and gets me focused
Two of those include a firearms permit and a weapon - though I'm still conflicted on keeping it in the house
Get my motorcycle license and a bike
Made sex a carnival ride again...and if I'm the only one there I ride the rides anyhow. (don't read into that literally)

I crave more physical activity though...but that's a good thing.

I was introduced to this new 'kid' at work tonight as; 'that's Chris, he has a temper'.

            Made me laugh haha .

At least he can never say he wasn't warned. But really the only picture that comes to my mind, of somebody who would say that is A, an overweight old bitch who talks to much or less likely B, An emasculated old dude who no longer has any reason to live. Neither of those are people I want to be around anyway....... Then again maybe you are that cantankerous.....
