So true. A massive conglomeration of discombobulation.

Oklahoma. But if you're speaking of "The South" in more of a confederate state way, then I guess Oklahoma is called the mid-west, considering we were an unorganized indian territory during that time. But there is certainly enough confederate flag license plates around here to suggest otherwise.

You know when i first moved to florida 19 years ago they had A saing and still do for people who live in florida... The further north you go the further south you get... The thinking for this is that anything below Georgia is not the south, I beg to differ

It surely is. I think the worst thing I ever witnessed in sports was about 10 years ago when the Miami Heat played an NBA playoff game at home against the Knicks, and the crowd cheering was strongly pro-Knicks. That was just sick, and I am sure it was not unusual.

Nope. There are fans from everywhere down here. But more New York fans than anything. And a lot of bandwagoners. I'm a Florida fan before anything but they are a couple other teams that I don't mind seeing do good and will root for from time to time.

Just wondering because I know a few people with similar usernames on a couple truck forums. Lol.

I would guess the reasoning for that saying would be that the further south you go in Florida, the more it's occupied by retired northerners.

No. The further South you go it's mostly just younger people or people from other places just living the "city" lifestyle. It's a big difference from North Florida. Northern Florida IS the South! South Florida is more of a "big" city and beach lifestyle.
