I used to do a lot of whitewater paddling out that way, from Frederick, all the way to western most part and beyond. Beautiful country, but I haven't been in a few years. After having my daughter, I preferred spending weekends with her instead of going on paddling trips, and the way my back's been the few years, I'd be afraid to go. On some of of the rivers, emergency exits start at torturous, and get harder from there :^D
