I love regular tea such as PG Tips and Tetley but in the evening i like to go for a Yerba Mate and get inside some music whilst relaxing.

If you like, well if you get the time, you can boil it up in a small pan with all the fresh spices which makes a lovely like India chai.

Bought some Twinnings Earl Grey. Got some sort of virus, so I'm drinking cough medicine and tea.

Usually, I don't drink tea, only if I'm offered by others.

That shouldn't be terribly difficult to make yourself. Peppermint tea is pretty common, and you should be able to get licorice root from a natural food shop. Mix the 2, and you get licorice mint :^) I have a store bought brand; I think it's Stash, that's called Egyptian mint. Same thing basically, mint and licorice. It is very good.

            Edit:

WARNING: Do not **** with chinese diet tea

So my wife shops at this all Asian supermarket called Ranch99. She comes home with that day's plan at losing weight which was this "diet tea" from china that utilizes high mallow tree and some other ingredients. I check out the ingredients, and it appears that the medicinal value of these herbs have been proven for thousands of years, apparently the ingredients they are using are 100% legit and have a long history of proving their medicinal value!

The problem: The ingredients were used for thousands of years as a laxative, NOT as a weight loss suppliment.

So anyways, I drink a bag of this tea (this is before I had researched it), and jesus christ, it was like the worst thing ever. I had crazy stomach cramps to the point where I was sure that I was in the process of having a miscarriage. Then the diareah was terrible. And the worst part is that it lasted for 2 days! I was shitting all the time and in my stomach was tore up.

Apparently these herbs are a laxative that cause you to have explosive diareah at all times (and for several days), and the chinese have tried marketing this as a diet aid. I think the theory is that the more you poop, the less calories your body can soak up. Of course that is BS, because food is processed high up in the stomach/intestines, whereas this laxative works by aggrivating your bowels until it ejects your poop. But by the time it gets mushed down into poop, the calories/nutrients have already been absorbed by the body. Even wrose, this tea dehydrates you severely since it emulates food-poisoning-like effects that cause you to discharge water through your poo.

Tl;dr: Chinese diet tea, you crazy!

Also, Chia tea with milk ftw. Especially the way the Iranians do it, I think they use almond milk or something to make it extra special. Oh, and Thai tea too! That shit is delicious.

I bought a pack of this tea:

The black one is also wonderful, but I feel green tea is more giving to drink since it's much healthier. Black tea seems to be more for the higher caffeine content, but if I want caffeine I drink coffee. Although black tea is perfect when you are sick and not in the mood for coffee.

I'm not much of a tea drinker really but I love it in the evenings.

LoL! Don't lie, I bet you lost weight :^D

I make a concentrated chai in a pot, and then froth milk with the cappuccino maker. That make a nice treat tea. Usually I drink tea plain.
