I was just prescribed TRAZODONE. Went to the doctor first time in years for insomnia. She was not pushy and told me to quit afternoon caffeine and alcohol use also. Did not tell her about snus because she did not ask if I used snus.
Might try this stuff on a bad night but no way am I taking it every night like she prescribed. That's how the pusher man hooks you!!

Speaking of drug marketing. I always found it interesting that out of all the fancy expensive OTC meds geared towards back pain, headaches, migraines, etc... Every single one has the same active ingredient, usually ibuprofen or acetaminophen that you can buy dirt cheap in a generic. I've seen people pick up a box of each not even knowing it's all the same.

I had insomnia for a while and I took the same thing. It was very mild but did the trick. Took it for about a month and now don't need it anymore.

YIKES!
I had night terrors when I was real little. I remember the horror, waking up with the whole family in the room, and gasping for air. It would take a lot of time to wake me up even though my eyes might be open, I was still dreaming.
Good warning jamesstew. No one needs nightmares.
Melatonin works for me, use caution ehh! I just read on wiki that's it's banned in Germany and prescription only in most countries.

Unknown to many folks is that Moon Martin wrote and recorded Bad Case of Loving You before Robert Palmer.

The Best Version-Must See!
Moon Martin - Bad Case Of Loving You , live in Germany 1981
Moon Martin From Wikipedia
Martin gained recognition in the 1970s as a pop artist and composer. Originally a rockabilly artist, he wrote the songs "Bad Case of Loving You (Doctor, Doctor)", made famous by the English singer Robert Palmer, and "Cadillac Walk", made famous by the American singer Willy DeVille.
Martin scored two minor hits of his own with "Rolene" (#30 Billboard Hot 100) and "No Chance" (#50), both in 1979. His 1982 song, "X-Ray Vision" was an MTV hit music video.
He was given the nickname "Moon" because many of his songs had the word "moon" in the lyrics.
