I managed to open my eyes this morning. That was it for the rest of the day.

altho I did manage to get thru letting the spouse have her way with me this afternoon. I didn't have to open my eyes for that either.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

I am quite sure she didn't open her eyes as well!

My 'migraine' managed to get my husband to vacuum, mop, laundry, dishes and clean the bathrooms! I may start getting these more often! After he was finished doing my chores, I told him that my headache was gone and could spend time with him tonight, if you know what I mean...well, the poor man did so much cleaning that he passed out for the night and I didn't have to 'spend time' with him! YAY!! I was trying to watch back to back episodes of "Deadly Women" and didn't want any interruptions! BTW - I'm really not usually a beeotch, I just have my lazy days.

I don't avoid them much anymore. I have finally learned that if Mrs. WickedKitchen has more time to herself my world is a better place. Sure, it sucks to put the work before the play but yesterday in the middle of chores I sent the kids to the neighbor's house to play with their kids and I absolutely ravaged her.

Today we will be cleaning out the garage. I told her that I want to take everything out of it as if we were moving and only put back in what belongs there...funny, that won't be the first time we've done this.

She's kinda spoiled though. I let her sleep until 9 or 10 on Sunday mornings while I play with my kids, snus, and post here. Then I awaken her with the smell of a fresh friata. 'Cos of this I will be able to take a break whenever I want and she won't have a leg to stand on, plus she'll have enough energy to clean my pipes for hours...and to her that's definitely not a chore. Already did the dishes from last night's dinner. I avoided most tasks last night 'cos my brother came over with a big honkin' bottle of Knob Creek. I broke out some cigars and we got shithoused in my driveway. No real hangover today either. Maybe a 3 out of 10. Not bad...water is good.

I'm the wife on Sunday mornings! Well, not Mrs. WK, but I am in her same shoes. I just woke up to coffee and an omelet, in bed. My husband does this every Sunday so when 10AM rolls around, I can't back out of going to church with him! Oh well, Northerner Energy snus is even better during a boring church service!

I mowed about half of my large lawn, today. I guess I am avoiding the other half.

Dammit, I tried escaping from chores again today but my husband just tossed 2 loads of laundry on the couch besides me! I guess yesterday he washed/dried the clothes but left the hard part for me to do, fold and put away! Oh well..I'm off to turn on a good tv show, kick back with some Skruf and slowly fold the clothes.

I am going ok this weekend. My son and I cleaned the car inside and out and I finally started the C25K program I have been putting off for a couple of months. The sink is full of dishes right now but I am going to just ignore it for a while.
