Another success story thanks to you guys!!

Hi everybody, I just wanted to Thank all of you for the help I got through this forum. This forum gave me the will and the power to stop killing myself slowly by smoking. Who would of thought that one day I will actually be a none smoker. It has been 3 weeks now. Using snus and loving it much more than smokes. I live in Oslo, so I have the chance to buy snus everywhere. Very expensive compare to sweeden though :x
I will be moving to London in September and I was really scared that I would not be able to buy snus in EU, I pmed couple of members with UK address and they insured me that I will be receiving my snus in London by mail with no problems Any tips ?
I prefer Juicy strong tasting portion snus, General is my favorite so far. Regular portion is great but I wish the taste last longer. Love Göteborgs Rapé but I wish it is in regular portion. ( lost's of wishing here )
I just tried loose General. I think I watched Zero's Video about 30 times. I finally baked my first pris and tried it last night. I am not sure if I like it. It almost does not taste at all. I could feel the buzz though :shock:

Welcome to the forums :^) I'm glad you kicked the cigarette habit. My only advice for trying snus, is to try them all and decide what you like. There's so many different kinds, and everybody's tastes are different, so you may like some that others don't, especially in lös form. I like General portions, but don't care much for the lös. For a citrus snus, give Gotlandssuns yellow a try, especially in lös form. It has a huge flavor that lasts forever. It's my favorite snus, but it's a bit much to use every time all day long, so I mix it up with other snus'.

I will give it a try if I can find it in the stores in Oslo. lots of different kind of snus is sold in norway but not as many choices as in sweden. I tried to order some cans from buysnus.com and I got a huge bill from the customs. The total amount I had to pay was more than the shop prices.

Welcome and congratulations. You shouldn't have any problems leaving the smokes in the dust. You're at the point now where if you tried a smoke it'd probably taste like crap (I'm not recommending that, but just saying I've been there). I will forever consider myself a smoker, even if i last had a cigarette a long time ago. I guess I think that being a smoker is more than simply smoking cig's, but instead is a state of mind - and I will forever need to be vigilant about not smoking.

I've tried a bunch of portions snus, and I found Nick and Johnny to be pretty darn juicy, and the nic kick was really nice. I'm keeping a journal about all of my thoughts on the snus that I've tried. Once I get through the 12 or so cans in my freezer I'll have tried almost all portion snus. I might post my journal on this site then so others could use the info.
