His main point is addressed immediately afterward his statements in the document. The first point is intelligible. Perhaps it was a mistake but #1 makes little sense. He does have good credentials, U of Maryland is a well regarded fire protection engineering school (one of very few in the world). However a few questions doesn't negate column buckling; the FEA [finite element analysis] is the best we have but with any iterative solution; garbage in, garbage out. I've seen the FEA and it makes sense. The fellow's concerns don't amount to a government cover up and towards the end of his testimony he's pandering for more money.

What I was getting at MGX, is that there are many in the Fringe with high credentials calling for a new investigation. This guy was a suprise to myself, since I have never looked into the direct people, witnesses etc.. who dealt with NIST. When I have the time I would like to.

What? Those were the best parts! Lol, I didnt know anything about nuns but the contra thing was kind of a **** up lol. I mean, in a way I see his reasoning. The commies were our enemies and we wanted to expunge the deplorable scour of communism from the earth so we funded some people who had a similar cause. The whole murder/rape/overthrow of government funded by selling cocaine to our inner city minorities was just an unexpected biproduct. You know how it goes.
Oh wait, I forgot about the whole Rick Ross thing... okay yah I guess we sold coke to fund a foreign revolution against a sovereign government at the cost of thousands of lives and created an ongoing drug problem that has killed countless minorities and that lead to the war on drugs which has wasted tens of billions of dollars, militarized our police and ruined the lives of millions.
