    Stink Bugs

Anyone else getting invaded by these things? I've had a ton in my house this year, and it turns out they're a problem in MD now do to the weather we've had. I don't know if other states are having the same issue. They're easy enough to catch, but I'm tired of hearing them buzz around, and run into things :^/

Haven't seen any of those in my area of KY. But in FL where a buddy lives he is saying he has them all around his porched lenai. They are interesting little critters.

My brother in law found 2 rattlesnakes in his yard this year and didn't see any for years before that.

I'd rather have stink bugs :^D We don't have much in the way of poisonous snakes around here. Mostly copperheads, but I've never seen one in my life. There's rattlesnakes in the mountains, but again, I've never seen one.

Hey lxskllr check out this article

              http://blogs.babble.com/strollerderb...-new-bed-bugs/

I found several other articles indicating that stink bug populations are exploding in your state. Looks like love is in the air!

Here in Florida we have every bug you can think of and some that are big enought to carry you away... We pretty much have stink bugs all year except Jan-march...

Right now is the start of love bug season... All they do is F#@% all day long and then smash on your car and screw up your paint.... Little bastards

I've been catching them, and throwing them outside. I have the shield shaped bugs like is shown in that link, but I've never smelled them. I don't know how bad they stink. I've crushed a stink bug variant, that smelled kind of bad, but not entirely terrible. It was a narrow kind of bug that has a tall walking stance. The scent was kind of like geranium, and citrus mixed, but very strong, and won't leave your hands, even after washing. I don't know if the shield shaped bugs smell the same.

I can tolerate most bugs, but mosquitoes and ticks can go to hell. Oh yea, and roaches, but luckily I've never had them; well not too much anyway. In the past, I've lived in apartments with neighbors that weren't the cleanest, and I'd get the occasional scout in my place, but it was never more than 1 every few months or so.

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

Nope. I'm still looking for something. The problem is I can't really do what I'm trained to do. My back's gotten worse, so I kind of need an inside job, but it's an employers market right now, so they have the choice of whoever they want. Soon it's gonna take a BS to work at McDonalds :^/

Have you thought about adding them to your snus? You use los and they should mix in quite nicely. The geranium and citrus mix sound like a new Catch release.

Lx...they're everywhere this year in eastern KY. Was just talking about this today. We need a hard freeze to get rid of all the bugs for the year.

I found one a long time ago that had an uncanny resemblence to Hitler.
