Don't know what to say really, I just want opinions from others that have sinusitis.... chronic, seasonal ... or whatever type it may be..... I have pansinusitis and it's somehow chronic at times it just doesn't go away..... all the head pressure... jelly lke iinfection ... face pressure .. dizziness...
I want to share opinions with people suffering from sinusitis and how to reduce the symtoms..
Since 15 December I have a new episode and it seemed to get worse and worse .... I take paracetamol sinus .... do steamy baths... with salt.. sometimes neti-pot (i can;t stand the pressure from that stuff) ..............
what do you guys do ... the medicines are usually worthless ....
Sometime I use Olynth nasal spray when I can barely breathe with my nose.....
Happens I get back pain when the sinusitis gets bad .. it's somehow related.......
let me know how you get over it... and how you treat it or at least how to reduce the pain and symptoms .... my form of sinusitis doesn't need any operation... there isn't much infection........
