The physical symptoms of caffeine withdrawal are far worse than nicotine withdrawal. The only "withdrawal" I get from nicotine is a psychological craving. With coffee, I get shakes, headaches, and fatigue. I regret my caffeine addiction more than my nicotine addiction.

how long does this last?
I get muscle pain as well apart from nausea, dizziness and brain fog and shaking on my feet looool.
Be aware that caffeine withdrawal will eventually end! Symptoms of caffeine withdrawal -- including headache, fatigue, difficulty sleeping, and flu-like symptoms -- start around 12 to 24 hours after you stop drinking caffeinated beverages. How long does caffeine withdrawal last? They get worse over the next couple of days, and can last up to 9 days after you stop drinking caffeine entirely. The more caffeine you drink, the more severe the withdrawal symptoms. But everyone will eventually get over it.

I usually drank 4 - 5 espresso's per day...........................
If you are getting shakes and stuff consistently than I would recommend trying to keep it to just 1 cup a day and see if that helps.
