    Better Sleep

    I've seen quite a few threads on this subject around.... I posted my experience with sleep paralysis.... there's been sleep apnea as well (don't have it)....... and there's been snus & sleep/insomnia discussed lately

    This is an awsome documentary http://topdocumentaryfilms.com/how-sleep-better (1:29:00) long but it's worth watching :^)

    I whack off before I sleep...couple shoots of whiskey and some strong snus.

      precious007: Gonna watch it when I have the time! I don't have any problems sleeping though, only going to bed too late... if that qualifies as a problem!

        Sex is also a pill for a better sleep...

        a couple rounds should make you sleep like a baby, sometimes a single round is enough LMAO....

        thought I'd share the documentary it's pretty long and solid

          Yeah,The relaxation is essential for proper working of the body and so the sufficient sleep is essential for healthy living.A person needs to sleep at least 6-8 hours per day in order to stay healthy and fit.

            In my opinion a better sleep can be get with reading.I do read some books before going to the sleep.it is helpful for me to get better sleep.

              Sunday nights are the worst if you have Insomnia.

              A few things I have done that work for me now.

              no naps on Sundays.

              no coffee/coke after 11 am.

              It also is fine to have a few drinks/mj and treat the night like a Fri-Sat,
              not the evil night before (work stress reality) is beating your brain til 4-5 in the morning.
