I drink it. It's not caffeine it's Theanine... it makes you feel calm not jittery. It's lovely stuff especially with a snus.

I totally agree. Eventually we will live in a world where there is no alcohol, tobacco, or caffein, and probably no meat, dairy, and seafood, and I pray the bad effects of all these things remove me before it gets to that, because life would sure be f***ing boring as hell without them.

there's a reason I had to quit alcohol, caffeine, smoking, benzos, SSRI's, cigars, hookah (was gambling once in a while as well) ... because I am have some sort of addictive behavior ......... I tend to get hooked on things way too far..............I just couldn't control myself not even with alcohol.......... benzo's were literally a joke for me............. when I went gambling I didn't gamble daily .... but I did well lose over $6000 in one night.............. see... ? when there's no control you just let go completely.............that's the only safe way to do things otherwise you are ****ed.......... I know a lot of young people have their own mistakes but you just cannot take the risk at a certain age.... and believe me there are cocaine addicts and gamblers that complete **** their life that are well over 50.

There was a story I read with this couple in their 50's that completely wrecked their fortune of 1 Billion on luxury stuff.... *they were addicted to shopping (shopping another addictive behavior) on cocaine and expensive holidays....................they wen't completely broke of 1 Billion !!!!!!

The world's "stupidest" gambler has a debt of 6 million pounds, money that he borrowed while in college and he's got to work his ass off his entire life to pay off the remaining debt....................... I'm not kidding these are true stories..............addictions at some point are no joke .........and I've been on the sharp side of some of them

My comment was definitely not a dig at you (or the seemingly growing list of anti's we have here now), it was a dig at the state of the world as we increasingly become a nanny state. You sound like you recognized your problem, took responsibility for it, and took action. That is very commendable (and also to the anti's we have here now). Unfortunately a large portion of the population feels the way to "help" other people is to remove the temptation (we all know how well that works... prohibition anyone?) but since we live in a world that forgets it's mistakes the day after they make them, we will no doubt end up with a prohibition on everything "evil" that could harm you. My only opinion was that I do not want to live in a world like that.

I just want to say my opinion on this ..........I recognized my problem ..... luckily in time...... and took severe action on all addictions and finally managed to quit all of the.............. I am not a nazi but definitely a nazy against drugs and gambling and prostitution.

That statement separates you from the anti's. While I agree that big business taking advantage of and profiting from our addictions is deplorable, I don't view them with any less disgust as I do religious leaders that take advantage of and profit from people's fears and insecurities. Getting rid of certain evils will not rid the world this syndrome.

Because I do, I am a Orthodox Christian but I don't trust the institution Church. I do believe in God and pray. I just don't .... I mean I would trust the church if their Prists would not drive BMW's series 7, or be involved in politics and big level businesses with oil and mobile companies. I mean what are you doing? Fooling people .... meanwhile reading the Bible?

I do not, and I am happy with that. I am becoming more and more cynical from watching the news and events around the world (most which are religious based by the way) and am in awe of the ignorance and stupidity of people. I hear conversations at work from "good religious people" and thank God I do not have that affliction.

we are somebody's creation .... There is a god.... even if they call it Buddha, God, or someone reads the Coran there is only one God.... and I do believe in God!



If it wasn't for all the things I hear about the Church in Romania I would probably go more often to the church as well.

I agree, and I don't equate believing in God or a higher power with being religious. Religion is man-made and the leaders do everything they can to exploit the fears and insecurities of their followers to keep them in line. And when these leaders want to further their agenda, they work up their followers to make it happen.

I remember feeling very relaxed from Peppermint.. I have normal mint.....

I can't find Peppermint tea here that easily.
