I smoked 10-15 cigs a day for 4-5 years but I stopped smoking the very first time I used snus. My official moto:

Camel saved me from smoking, Swedish snus saved me from Camel.

Define quit. I went from 25+ cigs per day to ~2 per week. I'm happy with that smoking level. I 'll vote quit, but that's not 100% accurate.

I choose not to smoke at all. But I don't think 2 cigarettes a week can do any harm either.

It's more dangerous to cook a barbeque for 2 hours, inhaling all the smoke :^)

I tried quitting again and again for many years, acupuncture, patches, gum, microtab, will power, Zyban, therapy, hypnosis.....I quit with snus. I had stopped the cigs before I had finished my first tin of portions.

Smoked about a pack a day for the last 21 years. Started using snus 5 weeks ago and haven't touched a cig since! Not that I don't miss it, but the snus makes it sooooooooooooooo much easier

Quit cigarettes with the ecig...it worked for a while but it was missing something. Wanting desperately not to go back I found snus. Now I only vape on the ride into work, after that I work in about 4 portions of mini thunder frosted throughout the day. I couldn't be happier.

Still love my cigars though, however that seems to be just a summer hobby, maybe 2-4 per week when the weather breaks.
