The manufacturer sells directly, and I've seen this product at every major drug store I've been to when shopping for refill packets.

www.neilmed.com sells the "starter kit", which is the bottle + 50 packets, for $11.49. I've used the same bottle for 3 years, and so the only maintenance cost is about $13 for 100 packets, which should last approx. 2 months, if you apply 2x/day. It comes with awesome instructions and they offer a 90 day return policy.

    Good luck with those allergies!

Now Sometimes, like right now. I am so congested that I cannot even breathe through one of my nostrils, how will this stuff get through that?

That sucks. I believe it's not recommended to use when a nostril is that congested. I have used it with partial congestion, but not when it was totally blocked.
