I am glad that I quite smoking.
Then I see things like this in the article:
Tobacco will kill nearly six million people this year
Why do they have to do that, it should be a requirement to include the method of ingestion when referring to Tobacco products in describing harm and general panic. Or include ratio's, if you are going to say that smoking could kill 8 million a year, you should probably then indicate out of that what percent is really from smoking tobacco. I am guessing if the #'s are accurate it would be a very high percent from smoking.
I don't think there is one single person (aside from my wife and mother) that when I told I quit smoking that said good for you after telling them I use snus and the history and facts behind it. Most say oh, your still using tobacco and you can tell in their mind it is not much difference. Not that I care what people think about me, I think it impacts how quickly they all just say throw more taxes on tobacco though. Which does impact me.
