I tried to bathe my pit bull (and yes, that can be rather strenuous exercise actually) today with a snus in and got kinda light-headed when when my heart rate went up. Didn't have that problem doing cardio this week without snus. So there's that.

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but I have a lot of experience with snus and sports =) If you're like me, and normally have very thick and visible veins, you will probably notice that they get thinner while using snus. You will also notice that about 20 minutes after putting the snus out, you're back to normal. Personally, I feel some that I'm somewhat restricted if I use snus two hours before a hard workout. (I'm doing kickboxing.) I do a portion, spit it out two hours before I go to the gym, eat some whey to carb up and train. After a workout, your fluid and food-intake is most important the first two hours. Thus, don't snus the first two hours after a workout. I know this may seem hard, but if you include the time it takes to get home from the gym, shower and eat, about an hour should already have passed. That last hour is the worst hour of my day, but I want to stay on the safe side.

        Happy snusing! =D
