    Thank you.

I do not know about fleshlight but definitely will go with stronger snus :-)

Buy e-cig. For me it was relief when that smoking habit was still strong.
Nowdays i don't need e-cig anymore. But for future it's good to have for those "if i smoke only one" times.

Although I never bought one I would also recommend the e-cig for the hand to mouth while drinking. The e-cig however is one of deals that I probably would of went back to smoking. I needed to completely break the hand-to mouth myself.
THat first month was quite the struggle

or cigarillos .. most come in a 4-6 pack and some you can get as singles so you wont be tempted to smoke a whole pack at one go

I still cave in to the urge to smoke when I'm at home, in my car, when I wake up, after meals, etc.

So, for those of you who have totally ditched cigarettes in favor of snus, any tips you can give me?

            Thanks!
Same here, although I started smoking when I was 13. I'm 25 years old now.
I want to use snus only, but there is something about those South State non-filter cigarettes and the use of a zippo! I like inhaling the smoke, it's just such a smooth experience. Feel like I can't relax the same way with a snus as I can with a cigarette.
            Anyone else feel this way?

Smoking's great. You should end up feeling the same way about snus eventually. Old habits die hard, especially the Zippo. It just a classic experience, from the tactile feel, to the sight, sound, and smell. It's a shame future generations won't know the joy of lighting a cigarette with a Zippo.

Snus doesn't completely replace cigarettes for me, and it doesn't have to. If I smoke a cigarette every couple days or so, who cares? It isn't /that/ bad for you, and the small amount of risk is worth it to me. Sometimes I prefer snus, and sometimes I prefer cigarettes, but snus is always good enough. Just make it your primary tobacco form, and if you diverge from that on occasion, it's no big deal.

If you stress out about having one cigarette a week, the stress will make you die that much faster. Just chill out, and on the occasions that snus just doesn't scratch the itch, light up a cigarette. Just try and snus more and more in those circumstances, and your body will come around eventually.

my main advice is to use a little stronger nic snus than you figure you're using now with cigs.

use snus constantly until you quit smoking. don't let yourself get a bad nic craving. if you do your mind/body have been trained to connect the craving to a cig and not snus. later on that will reverse itself but at first don't let your body get low on nic so your mind don't scream CIGARETTE.

At first expect your mind to want the rush cigs give. snus hits slower and can be a downer at first. that will pass too after a while.

whats good for one person may not be for another but at first i did both but cut way super down on cigs. like maybe i smoked 3-4 cigs a day with snus. then one day i said no more and that was the end of 35 +/- year smoking habit.

Or buy expensive luxury cigarettes and use snus mostly with just the odd cigarette...

I often just flip open my zippo to smell it Mine has a classic silver finish with 6 lizards (1 big green in the middle) They look like geckos! It's beautiful. Although cigarettes are not safe, do you think exercise like jogging could in some sort make it healthier? And if I eat alot of fruit and vegetables? At this point in time I do sit a lot both on work and home.

Interesting way ! So I should use snus like all the time and smoke when I just want the pleasure of smoking?
And in time it will reverse itself once I'm down to maybe 2-3 cigs per day?

i moved on from smoking quite easily with snus probably because i wanted to stop and i started with Odens Extreme. I just didn't feel the cravings anymore and after the first roll i weened myself back to regular strength snus. I still felt the urge first thing in the morning but that was quickly curbed with with my first portion. Stick with it and you will soon forget about smoking, good luck
