Here is my routine. I brush with any toothbrush that I can find at WalMart for $2.00 or less at least twice a day. I also floss the day before any dental visits.

From my own experience and observations, oral health is genetic. I brush my teeth every morning though rarely before bed, never floss, and see the dentist every two years. No cavities, no gengivits, no nothing. Other people I know, on the other hand, are obsessive about their oral hygiene and have gingivitis, cavities, gum recession, and a plethora of other dental problems.

Brush for a good 5 minutes once a day with a Braun. That's it. No staining, no teeth or gum problems.

I use a toothbrush once or twice a day and my gum and teeth health is great. And I haven't had a hole in my teeth in like 3 years... all thanks to snus!

That tooth paste looks very interesting... flouride is a frickin poison.

Can someone (without going into conspiracy theories) tell me why flouride is bad for you?

Stuff is only poisonous in specific doses - you have to consistently reach the dose for it to be poisonous. Nicotine will kill you stone dead with a specific dose.
