Two and a half years off cigarettes now........

I have lost 30 pounds since I quit smoking and am probably in the best shape I have ever been........and I still have a bit to get where I need to be. I started running and feel pretty great.

I had one cigarette last december and it was the worst feeling I have had in long time. I don't even want to smell it or be around smokers. I can not stand cigarette smoke so I avoid smoking sections and places that allow it.

Plus, the time and money I have saved are crazy.

Congrats to everyone who has kept off cigarettes as a way of life.

For me, there is no such thing as "just one smoke." One leads to another.. to another... to another... and before you know it, you are hooked again. It's almost like being an alcoholic! You can't just have one drink!
Honestly I can only do it because I'm a hardcore chainsnuser. Otherwise I'd be smoking and snuffing more or just freebasing Extreme or an IV lol.

I have only been using Snus with a vengeance for 8 months now,but I feel so much better than the 40 a day,35 year smoker that I was. The stuff is amazing. Cigarettes are a very inefficient method of delivering nicotine and deadly to boot. I will never go back. Cheers Phil.

Did you know tomatoes, eggplant, potatoes, hot chili and many more fruits and vegs all contain nicotine?

I now crave snus more than cigs so i'm on my way. Tried to light one up yesterday and could not get past a single puff.
I am constantly getting my nicotine were ever I go without having to stop, having to carry around a lighter or worry about the smell. I don't even have a craving for nicotine because it's always in my mouth. Total satisfaction.
