Snus vs Cigarettes and slowed digestion?

I have actually only been going once a day in the past few days, I'm not sure if it's to do with starting snusing or quitting smoking.

i have only been snussing for close to a week and i love it. however, roda lacket absolutely kills my stomach and unfortunately, it's my favorite. after a few minutes of having the snus in my mouth i feel as though i need to be attached to a toilet seat. i got the sampler pack from buysnus and the roda is the only one that seems to upset my stomach.

I noticed when I started snusing that I didn't poop for like, a week. My wife was threatening to give me an enema...but I just started drinking 20 oz. of coffee every morning, and I'm back to normal...sort of. I guess I used to go maybe 3 times a day before snus and now I go (on average) about half that.

I was actually gunna say.. just increase your caffiene intake, and that should solve the problem!
